We are expanding and are looking for a new member to support our marketing team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of currently 2 multimedia employees
- Independently design graphics (with a focus on web graphics) based on our CI/CD for use in websites, print materials, and other marketing documents and presentations
- Creative implementation of concepts for online and print projects in line with our CI
- Creation of materials from design to final artwork for various channels, including social media, print ads, flyers, posters, brochures, trade fair stands, online banners and our website.
- Continuous development and maintenance of the brand's corporate identity as part of the team
- Participation in training and awareness campaigns for employees on the design language
- Close cooperation with photographers, video companies and other creative agencies
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed studies or equivalent training in graphic design
- At least 3 years of experience with common graphic programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
- Deep understanding of design rules, principles and trends
- Strong communication skills, with a structural and organized approach to work
- Optional experience in video editing
- Proficiency of German and English
