Bernd Helmle works as a Senior Database Engineer at CYBERTEC. He's been using and contributing to PostgreSQL since 2000, and has helped enterprises implement PostgreSQL since 2006. He develops and maintains Informix FDW, and has written several patches for PostgreSQL core. He holds a Diplom (FH) in Computer Science from the University of Aalen. In his spare time he is a movie maniac and a cat can opener.
